The new attachment integration feature increases the transparency & accuracy of the inspection process while saving time for Inspection creators! This feature provides the means for Retailers to integrate their internal systems with Inspectorio to ensure that the most up-to-date documentation is available directly through the platform. Vendors & factories creating inspections can then choose from the integrated documents available - ensuring accuracy and speeding up the inspection creation process. (Users can also access these files through the inspection reports).
Please note: The ability to integrate documents with the Inspectorio system is available to Enterprise subscription holders only.
Step 1: Navigate to the Inspection Management page and begin creating your inspection as normal.
Step 2: For inspections that have a questionnaire included in the inspection form, navigate to the Questionnaire tab.
Step 3: If the question requires follow-up files for the answer, users can attach available integration files.
Step 4: A pop-up will display all available integration files. Select one and click on Import.
Step 5: After submitting the inspection, users are able to review the attached files in the inspection details page.
Users can download these files for reference by clicking on the link.
Step 6: When the inspection is released, the inspector can also view all attached files, including the integrated ones.
Step 7: When the inspection is completed, users can also review the attached documents, including integrated files on the report.
