This new Rule Setting enables Data Source owners to configure new attributes in the form of PO (Purchase Order) Types. By assigning these attributes to every PO created, this provides a quick and easy means to filter for and find POs when creating inspections.
Step 1: Navigate to the Rule Settings page.
Step 2: Scroll down the page to the PO types section. Click on the pencil icon.
Step 3: Enter the PO types and descriptions you would like to save. Then click on Save.
Step 4: When inspection creators are sending inspections to your organization they will be able to use these attributes to quickly filter for the POs they need.
