New Rule Settings enable Data Source owners to configure new attributes in the form of PO (Purchase Order) Types. By assigning these attributes to every PO created, this provides a quick and easy means to filter for and find POs when creating inspections.
How to filter for specific PO types when creating inspections
Step 1: Begin creating your inspection as normal by clicking on the create inspection button.
Step 2: Click on the Add PO button to add a purchase order to the inspection case.
Step 3: Use the PO Type dropdown to search for specific POs by type.
