The next step is to assign one of your own team to conduct the self inspection.
- In some cases Self Inspections will be assigned to your organization by the Brand/Retailer you are working with, or by a Third Party Inspection Agency.
- In cases where you have created a self inspection for your own organization you must also assign an inspector to conduct it.
- In both cases your organization will be the Inspection Executor.
Follow the steps below to learn how to assign an inspection to one of your own inspectors:
Step 1: Hover over inspections, then click on 'Inspections'.
Step 2: Click on the inspection that was assigned to your organization.
Step 3: To assign a specific inspector from your own organization to this inspection, click on 'change' in the 'Assigned Inspector' row.
Step 4: Next, you need to release the inspection to the mobile platform, where you inspector can begin conducting the inspection. Click on Release.
Step 5: Click on Confirm. (Your inspector will receive a notification to their mobile platform).
