Our new 'Create Next Inspection' feature reduces duplicate, manual workload by providing a quicker and easier way to create inspections on our web platform. When using the 'Create Next Inspection' button, Product information and Stakeholder information will be pre-filled from the previous inspection. You will only need to select the Inspection Type and Inspection Form!
How to create subsequent inspections through the 'create next inspection' button
Step 1: Open the Inspection Detail page of a completed Inspection. Click on the 'Create Next Inspection' button.
Step 2: Choose the Inspection Type and Inspection Form (The Inspection Type and Inspection Form can differ from the original inspection). Next, click on create inspection.
Step 3: The new inspection case will contain the same Product Information as the original inspection. Click on 'Next' in the top right corner to continue.
Step 4: Stakeholder Information will be prefilled with the same information from the previous Inspection. Click on 'Next' in the top right corner to continue.
Step 5: The Inspection Information page will be pre-filled with the new Inspection Type. However, a new scheduled inspection date will need to be added.
Step 6: If the inspection form includes a questionnaire, this will be visible in the questionnaire tab.
Step 7: Click on Submit as normal to create/send the inspection.
