On Inspectorio Sight, you can create and start inspections directly from your mobile device - there is no need to take any actions on the web to create and start inspections!
Creating an inspection, conducting the inspection, and uploading the report from your mobile device will save you time and make it more convenient for you to execute self-inspections or inspections on the ground when you do not have easy access to the web platform.
This article will teach you everything you need to know to create and start inspections from your mobile device, including:
How to select Purchase Orders (POs)
Step 1: Tap on “Create Inspection”
Step2: Select the POs that will be used to create the new inspection by tapping on the check mark button on the PO card.
Please Note: After the first PO is selected, the system will automatically apply filters to narrow down the selectable POs. Only POs with the same Data Provider and Supplier can be selected together.
Step 3: When you have selected all POs you want to include in the inspection, tap on “Next”.
There are several means for users to quickly and easily find the relevant Purchase Order for their inspection.
- Simply tap on the search icon.
- Find the correct PO by searching for the PO number, applying a filter, or sorting.
How to select items for inspection
Step 1: Select the items that will be used to create the new inspection by tapping on the check mark on the Item card.
Step 2: There are several means for users to quickly and easily find the items they want to include. Simply tap on the search icon and find the correct PO by searching for the PO number, applying a filter, or sorting.
Step 3: Tap on 'Next' to continue to the next section.
How to select set-up information
Step 1: Use the drop-down menus provided to select:
The Inspection Receiver (Select the organization whose data is going to be used for creating the new inspection)
- The inspection type
An inspection form (recommended inspection forms are those with matching Inspection Type and Product Line with the selected items).
The workflow (recommended workflows are those with matching Inspection Type and Product Line with the selected items).
Step 2: Tap on 'Next' to continue to the next section.
How to select stakeholders
Step 1: Use the drop-down menus provided to select the organizations that are stakeholders of the new inspection (Oversight Offices, Brand/Retailer, Supplier/Vendor & Factory). Note: The Supplier organization is automatically filled from the selected PO information and cannot be modified.
Step 2: Use the drop-down menus provided to select a contact person for each of the stakeholder organizations.
Step 3: Tap on “Next” to continue to the next step.
How to select other Inspection Information
Step 1: From the Inspection information screen you can:
- Use the drop-down to select the country of shipment
- Review PO Information
- Select expected dates
Note: The new inspection will appear on the Inspection Management page on the web platform after it is created and started from the mobile device. (You will see it is marked with a 'created from mobile' tag).
Note: From this point, you can conduct your inspection from your mobile device as usual.
How to start your inspection
Step 1: Tap on “Start” and Confirm the warning message.
Step 2: You will be navigated to the general information screen.
