Inspectorio Sight automatically generates a Report with all the details from the inspection after the inspection is completed on the mobile platform. The report contains the overall result (FAIL/PASS), comments and photos/videos of defects recorded during the inspection, and a CAPA if the inspection failed.
REMEMBER: A Report is only generated after the inspection has been completed.
The Report will appear on the Inspectorio web platform immediately after you upload it from your mobile device.

How to Find and View Details of your Reports
To find, view, and edit your reports, you will need to access the web platform by going to https://app.inspectorio.com. Use the same credentials you use to log in on the mobile platform and follow the steps below to find and view the details of a report.
Step 1: From your Dashboard, hover over Inspections and then click on Inspections.
Step 2: Click on the Inspection ID to find the Report for that Inspection (you can use the filters at the top of the table or enter the Report Name in the search box).
Step 3: Click on 'View Report' from the Inspection Details page.
Step 4: To go to a specific section, click on the three-bar menu on the left side of the screen.
Step 5: To jump to a specific section, click on an item in the navigation menu.
How to Edit a Report
In some cases, you may be invited to edit and approve your final report before it is marked as complete on the Inspectorio web platform.
How to Comment on a CAPA
A Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) is a communication tool used to identify and prevent non-conformities or defects. A CAPA facilitates conversation on how non-conformities can be corrected and then prevented in the future.
A CAPA is automatically generated on the Inspectorio web platform for every failed inspection.
In most cases, the parties involved in the production of the goods, such as factories, vendors, or retailers, will interact with the CAPA. However, in some cases, as an inspector, you may be asked to comment on a CAPA.
Step 1: You can go to the CAPA by clicking on the View CAPA button on the upper right part of the Report page
OR by clicking on View CAPA from the Inspection Details page.
Step 2: Click on the General Chatbox tab.
Step 3: Type your comment into the box provided.
Step 4: Upload a file (optional), and then click on Submit.
