The Purchase Orders page on the new Sight 3.0 platform allows you to quickly and easily view all of your POs in one place.
You will benefit from improved features such as a more comprehensive PO details page, and new full-screen product information tables.
How to find your Purchase Orders
You can still find all your Purchase Orders on the Purchase Orders page.
To find the Purchase Orders page, simply hover over Inspections in the top menu bar, then click on Purchase Orders.
The Purchase Orders page displays all of your POs in one easy-to-view grid.

Use the Search Bar to find a particular Purchase Order by typing in the Purchase Order Number.
Tip: To search for multiple POs, separate the Purchase Order numbers with a space.
All / My POS / Shared POs Tabs
All Tab: This tab displays all POs that your organization has visibility over.
My POs Tab: This tabs displays all POs that your organization has created on the platform.
Shared POs Tab: This tabs displays all POs that have been shared with your organization on the platform.
(The tab you select becomes the default tab you will see next time you access the PO Management page).
How to manage the grid columns
To customize the columns in the Purchase Orders page grid:
1. Click on the Manage Columns button
2. Select the columns you would like to add
3. Click on Save
(To remove columns, click on the X next to the column name before you click on save).
Select number of POs displayed per page
1. At the bottom of the page, find the option to display a certain number of POs/page.
2. Select whether you want to see 10, 20, 50, or 100 POs/page.
3. Your selection automatically updates the page.
(Next time you access the PO Management page, you will automatically see the number of POs/page you selected).
How to review Purchase Order details
1. Open a Purchase Order
To open a Purchase Order, click on the Purchase Order number.
2. General Information Section
This section contains general details of the Purchase Order, such as Supplier name, Factory name and Shipment date.
3. Product Information section
Scroll down to find the 'Product Information Section'. This section contains details of the products and styles being produced for this Purchase Order (including packaging information). You can click on the table headers to see the Items in alphabetical order.
4. Inspection History (1)
Click on the Inspection History button.
5. Inspection History (2)
In the Inspection History section you can view details of previous inspections for this Purchase Order.
How to share a Purchase Order
To share a Purchase Order with another organization:
1. Select the relevant Purchase Order using the checkbox on the left.
2. Click on Share.
3. Select the organization you want to share the Purchase Order with.
4. Click on Share.
