Save time and improve your operations with greater visibility over root causes that automatically trigger actions in Sight.
Need to know what triggered a certain action in the Sight platform, such as why the status of your inspection changed? You can see the automation rules that apply to certain actions in the platform, all this from the inspection details page.
As an Account Owner or Administrator, you will be able to see the automation rules that trigger actions in the platform in the Activities Tab. You can save time when answering questions from factories and suppliers about automated rules and actions in the platform, and you can quickly access data from automated rules to address root causes.
Follow this step-by-step guide to learn how to review your Automation Rules:
Step 1: Click on Inspections to go to the Inspection Management page
Step 2: Click on the relevant Inspection ID to go to the Inspection Details page
Step 3: Scroll down to the Activities tab where you can view the actions taken on this inspection - including the name of any Automation Rule applied to this inspection (click on the rule name to see more details about the automation in a new window).
