New & Improved Verification Section for Factory Performance Analytics
Our Factory Performance analytics now bring you even more detailed insights! Enhancements to the Verification Section in the Factory Summary analytics page now allow users to see what Factories and Vendors have the highest fail rates and on what sections of a given inspection workflow. Users can more easily identify what sections of their workflows have the highest fail rates, and what Factories and Vendors present the most risk.
Users can sort through sections of a specified workflow, including the list of questions for each section and the Fail Rate of individual factories and suppliers. This leverages inspection data to empower Brands and Retailers to take corrective action and identify trends in relation to the performance of their Factories and Vendors.
'Defect Multiplier' now available when using the Defective Unit feature (Available on Android)
Export to PDF function now available for Inspection Summary and Defect Summary Analytics
The Inspection Summary and Defect Summary Analytics pages enable you continuously identify opportunities for improvement within your quality processes, focusing on overall inspection and defect trends.
Want to share these insights with team members not on the Inspectorio platform? Or print this data and store it for your internal records? Well now you can, using our new download to PDF function!

Case numbers can be custom generated, based on criteria that you set for your organization. Now you can choose from even more data points when generating these case numbers, including:
Local ID of supplier

Improved Measurement Section in Inspection Reports
The Measurement Section in a Report now allows you to easily identify out of tolerance values based on Size per Style. The Report now includes information on the metric used and POM based on Size per Style. The report also displays a comparison between tolerance values and standard values.
This enhancement in the Measurement Section quickly allows viewers to see details on and comparisons between measurements. This increases the efficiency of reporting in identifying areas for improvement and standardization.
Please note this feature is available upon request.
Enhanced Report Notification Emails
Report notification emails now contain more information to quickly identify and review reports, mitigating possibilities for error.
Quickly gain key information about your completed inspections without even needing to open the Inspectorio platform!
