Sight Analytics - Distance to AQL
The Inspection Summary Analytics page provides our users with real-time accurate metrics in relation to the pass and fail rates of their inspections, empowering them to make accurate, data-driven business decisions.
Our newest enhancement to this page provides you with the means to classify Pass and Fail inspections based on the difference between the number of defects found and the accepted number of defects according to your AQL level.
This enables you to quickly identify any inspections that are passing or failing by a small margin (which can be a particularly useful feature for comparing results between self-assessments conducted by Vendors or Factories and your own In-line or FRI inspections).
- This feature is available to Enterprise clients, by request only.
Sight iOS Mobile Platform - Change AQL table from Mobile
Inspectors can now enjoy the benefits of even greater adaptability, with the power to switch AQL tables directly from their mobile platform (now available on iOS). This enables Inspectors to choose the AQL table that best suits the specific Inspection they are conducting (depending on the type of goods, the quantity or the specific factory or vendor involved).
This is just one of our mobile features that contribute to a more dynamic and adaptive inspection process. It is:
- Suited to the everyday realities of factory performance and production status;
- Minimizes the operational activity required from admin personnel, and;
- Provides transparent data for all stakeholders when the changes happen.
Sight iOS Mobile Platform - Improved ‘Report a problem’ function
Our newest enhancement to the 'Report a problem' feature enables users to quickly and easily update our technical support teams when they encounter a problem with our mobile platform, even if they cannot open our app - enabling our teams to take quick action to support inspectors out in the field!
Improvements to this feature also mean that our support teams receive more actionable data when a bug is reported - enabling them to address issues in the most efficient way possible.
Users must have logged in to the platform to be able to report a problem
This feature is available from version 1.10.2 of our app
This feature is not available for iPhone 6
Please note that these features are ‘up coming’ but as yet have no fixed release date - our teams are working hard to provide you with these new and exciting features as soon as possible.
