Multiple Notification Filters
Previously, our notification filters enabled you to receive specific notifications, based on criteria that you choose and configure. (E.g. You can filter by Supplier, Factory, Inspection Executor, Inspection type and more!).
Now we're going one step further! The new 'multiple notification rules' feature will enable you to configure multiple combinations of filters and be even more specific about the notifications you want to receive - saving you time as you only receive the email notifications most relevant to you!
Factory A and Factory B both produce Apparel and Footwear product lines. However, you only want to receive notifications for:
- Apparel product lines from Factory A, and;
- Footwear product lines from Factory B.
Using our new and improved notifications filters, configuring this level of specificity is easy!
Please Note: This feature is available on Professional and Enterprise subscription packages only.
Store your Billing Information in your organization's profile
'Billing Information' is a section that can be configured within an organization's Booking Form. By adding this section to a Booking Form, it becomes a required section to fill-in when sending an inspection Booking to that organization.
(This feature is commonly used to facilitate payment for inspections conducted by third party inspection agencies).
The new Billing Information feature provides organizations with the ability to store their billing information as part of their organization profile. This eliminates the need to add this information manually for every inspection booking - making the booking creation process faster and saving you time!
Split Assignment Settings [New Rule Setting]
The ‘Split Assignment’ feature provides Inspectors with the ability to better manage their workload, by enabling them to split inspection assignments in to multiple inspections, directly from their mobile platform. This is a particularly useful feature for larger or more complex inspections.
Before inspectors can use this feature, it must be enabled by an Admin or Account owner user. Previously, Admin or Account Owner users needed to enable this functionality separately for each individual assignment.
But now, there's an even easier way to provide this flexibility to your inspectors. The new 'Split Assignment Settings' functionality enables you to 'turn on' this functionality for all of your assignments with a single click - eliminating the need to manually enable it for each individual assignment, and saving you time!
New 'Out of tolerance sizes' statistic for measurement section [Mobile]
For inspections in which the Sample Size Determination is not based on an AQL standard, inspectors must determine if this section of their assignment should 'Pass' or 'Fail'.
Previously, inspectors were provided with two statistics to base this decision on:
Statistic 1: The number of out of tolerance POMs (points of measurement) recorded during the inspection, divided by the total number of POMs recorded. (Represented as 'Total out of tolerance points/total points' on mobile)
Statistic 2: The number of samples that contained an out-of-tolerance measurement divided by the total number of samples. (Represented as 'Total defective units/total samples' on mobile)
Now, inspectors can choose from three statistics. The new 'Out of tolerance sizes' statistic for the measurement section will provide inspectors with even greater insight in to inspection measurements, making it easier for them to assess measurement section results.
Statistic 3: The number of sizes that contained an out-of-tolerance measurement divided by the total number of sizes. (Represented as 'Total out of tolerance sizes/total sizes' on mobile)
iPad Optimization (Landscape mode)
This enhancement to our Native iOS mobile platform enables you to utilize all of our in-platform functions in Landscape (as well as Portrait) mode while using an iPad device - giving you greater flexibility as you conduct your inspections.
This enhancement also provides you with the ability to use a detached keyboard in sync with our mobile platform.
New notification event: 'Assignment(s) have been un-assigned'
Notification preferences enable you to choose the specific notifications you want to receive! Our notifications enables you to filter the notifications you receive, but also enable you to choose the specific platform events you are notified about! (E.g. when a booking is created, or when an assignment is released).
Our latest enhancement to these configurations include a new 'Assignment(s) have been un-assigned' event. This notification will alert you when the inspection executor has been un-assigned from an inspection Assignment.
Please note that these features are ‘up coming’ but as yet have no fixed release date - our teams are working hard to provide you with these new and exciting features as soon as possible.

- Total out of tolerance colors/Total colors
- Additional information regarding StyleID, Color, Size
- Further insight in to all out of tolerance samples (including comparison to standard measurements)
