'Billing Information' is a section that can be configured within an organization's Booking Form. By adding this section to a Booking Form, it becomes a required section to fill-in when sending an inspection Booking to that organization.
(This feature is commonly used to facilitate payment for inspections conducted by third party inspection agencies).
The new Billing Information feature provides organizations with the ability to store their billing information as part of their organization profile. This eliminates the need to add this information manually every time they send an inspection booking - making the booking creation process faster and saving you time!
How to store your Billing Information as part of your organization's profile
Step 1: Hover over your profile, then click on My Organization.
Step 2: On your organization's profile page, use the text fields provided to update your billing information.
Step 3: Click on Save.
How to add your Billing Information to an inspection Booking
Step 1: On the booking details page, click on the Billing Information tab.
Step 2: Click on the toggle to automatically pull your Billing Information from your organization's profile.
