Our e-signature feature allows inspectors to collect the electronic signature of inspection executors and factory representatives directly on the mobile platform before finalizing and uploading inspection reports. These signatures are visible on the inspection reports for further review.
With our latest enhancements, users can now add e-signature to any point in their inspection workflows - and add up to 10 different titles for signatures!
How to use the eSignature feature on mobile
Step 1: Inspections that require e-signature will have an e-signature steps in the workflow (accessible from the workflow navigation menu). Tap on the step to begin.
Step 2: Tap on the Add button.
Step 3: Tap on “Sign Here” to open the signing screen.
Step 4: Trace the signature on the screen and tap on done.
Step 5: Review the entered e-signature and tap on “OK” to save (the sign-off date will be shown)
Step 6: Or, tap on the red X to delete the e-signature and sign again.
Step 7: Repeat the above steps until all stakeholders have signed the inspection report.
Step 8: To edit or delete the e-signature tap on it again, then tap on edit or delete.
Step 9: The “Review Report” screen shows if e-signatures have been filled out for each stakeholder, and the number of e-signatures for each stakeholder group.
Step 10: The web report will also show the corresponding E-Signatures for each Stakeholder representative.
