This article will guide you on how to add comments to a Booking. You may want to do this for several reasons such as providing cancellation reasons, documenting changes, or to request or add more details.
Step 1: Hover over Inspections, then click Bookings.
Step 2: Click the case number of the booking you want to comment on. This will bring you to the Booking Detail page.
Step 3: In the Booking Detail page, click on Activity in the upper right hand corner.
Step 4: Place your comment in the text box and then click Submit.
Your comment will now appear in the Comments tab of the Activity pane including the timestamp for when the comment was left.
All the contacts in the booking will be notified of the comment made and can act accordingly once they've read it!
