What is an Inspection Case Limit?
An Inspection Case Limit is the number of inspections that your organization can conduct using your Inspectorio Sight account. Your inspection case limit can different depending on your organization and subscription package.

Q: What counts towards the inspection case limit?
All inspections created after the start of your organization’s current subscription term count towards the Inspection Case Limit, regardless of the status of the Inspection. This includes merged, canceled, rejected and waived inspections.
Q: How will you know when you have reached the inspection case limit?
You will be able to see how many inspections you have left in the inspection management page, when you click on “Create Inspection”.
When you have reached 75% percent of your limit: a notification will also appear when hovering the mouse over any of the create inspection buttons, merge button, or duplicate button.
When the limit is reached: When you click on the create inspection buttons, the merge button or the duplicate button you will see a notification/pop-up that prevents you from creating more Inspections.
Q: How can your organization upgrade or buy more inspection case credits?
If you’ve already exceeded your Inspection Case Limit, please contact your Customer Success Manager at email@example.com to increase your Inspection Case allowance to continue creating inspections!
Q: Can organizations buy credits in the middle of their subscription term?
Yes. Organizations can buy credits at any point in their subscription term. However, the credits will only last until your next subscription renewal, after which the inspection case limit will reset and you will have to purchase it again to keep the desired number of inspections. Unused inspections will not be transferred to the following subscription term.
Q: When does the inspection case limit count reset?
The inspection count only resets upon each organization’s subscription renewal.
