Review Report is the final stage of the inspection process. This is the next step after the platform gives you a summary of the inspection result and result per section. This helps you ensure that you have provided all the correct information, necessary details, and any relevant photos.
This saves the time and effort traditionally spent typing up report details and matching them to the pictures taken in manual inspections!
Follow the steps below to learn about the Review Report section.
|Step 1: Tap on Review Report.||
Step 2: You can click on each of the sections of the Assignment Workflow to review the information and photos you have provided.
Step 3: Once you've finished reviewing the report, tap on Upload Report.
|Step 4: The mobile platform will give you the progress of your upload.|
Step 5: Once the report has been uploaded successfully, you have the option to share it directly to others by tapping on Send Email.
NOTE that the report is automatically shared to all stakeholders involved in the Purchase Order.
|Step 6: Tap on Finish to complete the inspection. The Inspection will now show up in the Completed tab in the mobile platform's Recent Reports page.|
